Muffler for '91 Bird

Hi guys,

I have to replace the muffler ( auspuff ) of my '91 Bird with 3.1L V6 engine.
Does anybody can help me what and where to find to put under it?
Some guys suggest a Dynomax or a Flowmaster...??

What do you want to replace? Only the muffler itself or the exhaust with tubes?

In the US boards the guys are talking about brands like Hooker, Edelbrock, Dynomax, Flowmaster, SLP, Borla and so on.

I can' t give you any suggestion because my system is stock.

Yep, indeed, when it's passed 11-o-clock it's my turn to get on the board... . Maybe I have to change my ID into 'Nighthawk'
No, Serious ! I have an 'TV/Electro Shop' and when the door has closed at 19hrs I have to repair TV's and VCR's in my 'lab' so my daily arrive at home is round 23hrs...
I am finishing my 'work'-days at the Belgian and this board... . My only day off is at sundays, so you'll find me then at my garage with my babies

I forgot to answer your question !!! :O

I want to replace the muffler ( Cat is ok ) because it's rusted and the metal is tearing open at one end. I would replace also the 2 end-pipes.
I have to add that the sound it makes right now is verry sporty... but I think that I can't pass the ( obligated )annual Car Control...!!!
