Plastiknotschlüssel 4-Gen.

Moin Leute !
Ich habe da mal eine Frage zu diesem Plastiknotschlüssel den man aus einer EC-Karten großen VIP-Pontiac-Karte herausbrechen kann.
Wie funktioniert dieser ???
Muss man vorher beim Schlüsseldienst einen Bart vom originalen Türschlüssel reinfräsen lassen oder bricht der Schlüssel sich selber den Bart rein wenn man ihn ins Türschloss steckt und mit ein bisschen Gewalt dreht ?
Das kann ich mir schlecht vorstellen, denn hinterher würden lauter Plastikbrocken im Türschloss liegen

Auf dieser Schlüsselkarte steht folgendes:
INSTRUCTIONS: Bend key out for cutting & usw. DO NOT SEPARATE FROM CARD. Bend key back into card for storage. Keep in safe place. FOR EMERGENCY ONLY.

Die Karte steckt in einer silbernen Hülle, wer hat noch sowas und wer wieß wie´s funktioniert ???

Hoi Mike,


You'll see that the key can be bend out the card with exception of a small connection lip at the rear of the key. You have to keep it like this !!
Yes, you have to make a visit at your local locksmith, (s)he can copy your doorkey to the 'card-key' ( in the cardkey there is a metal center )
Reason for this 'gadget' is that you can keep a sparekey in your wallet for emergencies ( you locked your car with the keys on the ignition :O )

For emergencies only because the plastic beard won't hold it for frequently use ...
