Moin erstmal alle,

also für Leute die es nicht wissen, bin ja selbst AMI
und hab einen Cousin der 6 oder 7 Läden in Florida so wie hier ATU. Also wenn ihr Hersteller/Teilenummer habt dann könnte man sicher sowas wie eine monatliche Teilebestellung einführen. Ach ja muss ich noch erwähnen dass ich die Teile zum EK bekomme?
Bisher war das Problem halt dass es blödsinn ist Teile alleine zu bestellen die dann durch die Fracht halt trotzdem teuerer als hier sind. Aber wenn man grössere Mengen bestellt die net eilig sind dann wirds sich sicher rentieren.
Wäre also mal gut wenn mal alle die Interesse haben was posten und wenns genug ist könnte ich das Zeug dann bestellen.

Installation of “new rebuild kit” by Turbo City costs $175 plus price of
Rebuild Kit above, for a total price of $_____________ fob Orange, CA.

Installation will include disassembly, cleaning of all parts and housings,
to a near new appearance, and balancing of the wheels and shaft.

Prices are plus shipping and handling, and applicable Sales Taxes, if
shipped within CA.

The Repair Kit contains all internal bearings, seals and gaskets. It does
not contain any wheels, shaft, or housings. The cartridge is the complete
center section, fully assembled, which includes the shaft and both
compressor and turbine wheels.

The Turbo is complete and ready for installation. We require, as a
condition of the Warranty, a new OEM oil supply line for either assembled
unit, to insure proper flow of oil. (Not supplied). The turbocharger has a
12 month or 12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.

In the event you choose to attempt a fix with the rebuild kit, and upon
opening the turbo you find evidence of additional damage, don’t open
the rebuild kit package, and we will accept the return and credit the value
toward a complete Turbocharger or Cartridge, but only if the rebuild kit
is complete as shipped from Turbo City, we will give credit toward a
complete turbocharger or cartridge.

Der 2. baut selber einen Kit, denn er dann auch verkaufen möchte. Jetzt baut er einen für 3,8L, aber auf meine Frage, ob das dann auch bei der 3,4L Maschine funktionieren wird hat er folgendes geantwortet:

At this time, the kit I'm working is for the 3.8 only. However, once the 3.8 project is completed, I'm hoping to move on to a project for the 3.4.

You guys all know how much I miss my 3.4!
