SES light came up

Hi guys,


Today I made a cruising trip in the neighbourhood ( +/- 30 km ) when the SES light came up when I was waiting at a crossing, I saw first the tacho have a small dip and came back followed by the SES light. The engine kept running and I could continue my trip without any probs. When I arrived at home, I read the ECM and got the code 32 ( EGR valve ).
When I bought my car in august last year, I also had once this 32, but because the new paintjob ( battery disconnected ) the ECM was cleared, so when the car was at the GM-Pontiac serviceship they couldn't find any cause to it.

My question right now: what do I have to do?? May I continue driving my car or do I have to go back immediate to the GM servicestation?

Or... can I check or do something??

Du hast in Deinem 3,1L schon das EGR mit den 3 Ventilen!
Das ECM kann erkennen ob die auf oder zu sind
Soll/Ist Abfrage!

Kann sein das es beim Ampelstopp klemmen blieb, da das EGR im Leerlauf zu sein muß.

Ist nicht weiter schlimm!

Du kannst auch das EGR mal zerlegen und reinigen, ist meist Ölkohle die Ursache.
Kein Kontaktspray!!!!!!!
Silicon ist Gefahr für die Lamdasonde!!!!
